With over 20 years of leadership experience with an expansive skill set in dementia education, training and support, long-term care, nursing, senior fitness and rehabilitation, Nicole brings expertise in operational efficiencies and leadership development, while prioritizing the quality care and happiness of her community.

Executive Director

Dana has a passion for helping those who are sick, elderly, physically and mentally challenged and terminally ill. Her experience is predominantly in Hospice, where she has served as CNA, LPN and a Manager. She has found in memory care the ideal balance of hands-on-care and leadership, with her prior experience as a Health Services Director. She enjoys the continued opportunity to serve her community.

With over 20 years of marketing and sales experience, Victoria was a pioneer in the telemedicine arena and helped bring it to medical professionals. Since then, she’s had an unwavering commitment to caring for the senior population. Her hope is to educate others on Alzheimer’s and dementia to eliminate the stigma that goes with it.

With over 15 years of progressive-senior level management and hospitality experience, Angie’s diverse background includes operations with care as well as excellent client relationship management. She believes in exceeding customer expectation, building strong teams and working together for success. She emphasizes that family is very important as well as continuing education.

Before working with senior communities, Meredith worked with foster children and teens. She was introduced to an Assisted Living community and fell in love. Meredith has found her true passion and inevitable career. She has over 5 years experience of senior care and life enrichment and can’t imagine doing anything else!

Classically trained at The Art Institute in Santa Ana, CA in 2003, Chef Luis Velez boasts over 20 years of restaurant experience with 15 of those as an executive chef and 12 years in senior living dining. He was named one of the Top Chefs in Katy, TX. He enjoys presenting exceptional meals in a vast array of colors and designs that prove to be most aesthetically pleasing. His personal interaction and contagious personality make him a favorite among residents.
